Legacy West is the modern neighborhood location for those looking to relocate. Earl's

Earl’s Kitchen and Bar is a sleek and upscale chain that has juicy burgers, comfort food, and a unique selection of cocktails, wines, and beers. Anyone who needs a drink should come here for the long list of what they have available. With options like frozen vodka lemonade and whiskey sours, there’s a drink that will please anyone who comes. Don’t forget to check out the food, their sushi platter, noodle bowls, and steaks are some to be rivaled with. Go during 3PM – 6PM for happy hour for a great discount on both food and beverages

Legacy Food Hall

This is not your average food court. The European style food eatery is a spacious hall that has 20 casual food stalls and bars. However, you’re not going to find McDonalds and Burger King. These food stalls are run by chefs who take pride in their food. There are a multitude of comfort classics and around the world favorites like bao and naan. They even have sweet treats! You’ll think you stepped into a five star restaurant, but it’s all available at this food hall from 9 AM – 10PM.

Del Frisco's Double Eagle 

Is there anything better than steak and seafood? Del Frisco’s specializes in prime steaks and succulent seafood. Pair it with one of their fine wines and you’ll never want to eat at a different restaurant again. The modernly designed steakhouse fits perfectly in the neighborhood, and it’s a great restaurant for that special date night you had planned.

Haywire

Haywire has three different levels so you can choose what you want. The first floor is a whiskey bar, the second floor is their dining room, and then they have their rooftop patio for those late summer nights where you want a good drink with your food. This is true classic Texan cuisine, but with a twist. From local duck poutine to chicken fried steak, there is truly something for everyone here. It is a place that you can’t miss out on. The food is really good and the drinks pair perfectly. 

North Italia

Italian food is some of the tastiest, and North Italia doesn’t disappoint. With homemade pasta and pizza, their food is melt in your mouth creamy and delicious. It’s a modern take on Italian to show that their menu is always fresh and made from scratch. The kitchen is as open as possible, and they use seasonal ingredients throughout the year. Don’t forget to try one of their signature cocktails with your meal.


Nightlife

While Dallas is less than an hour away, Frisco has its own fair share of the nightlife scene. You don’t need to leave your city to get a taste of what Texas has to offer. Eight 11 Place

Just imagine if every neighborhood had their own bar. That’s exactly what Eight 11 Place is. They have a long list of available wines and beers, and it is all located in a cute blue house right near a favorite Frisco neighborhood. The owner, Ursula, owns it with her husband, and they run a beautiful place. Adorned with sparkling lights, this is a great place for date night. If the weather permits, there is live music and patio seating that creates the perfect ambience. People travel to check out this place, so you have to catch it while living in Frisco.

Concrete Cowboy

Don’t let the name fool you, this is a bar that holds much more than city slickers and cowboys. The energetic space has big screens to watch a game with friends, and their alcohol selection is sublime. Open until midnight or later, this is one bar that won’t close before the night gets started.


Shopping

Legacy West was made to feel like an urban city, and it does a great job at replicating that. Of course, you cannot have city without some amazing shops. The shops here are all high end and full of amazing deals that you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re searching for a new suit for your job or a new workout outfit, it can be found here. There’s nothing better than walking to some great shops just a few minutes from your apartment door. Things like this is what make Legacy West such a desirable neighborhood to live in.

 

Filson

Filson is for the outdoor enthusiast. It was formed back in the 1800s and has been known for their high quality for the last 120 years. Outfitting pioneers who headed to the Yukon, now Filson is known as one of the most elite brands in the world. Their goods are handcrafted and made to last. From the clothing to the luggage, everything is sublime. Anyone who loves the outdoors needs to check out this store. Ranch hands and engineers alike all boast about what Filson has to offer. If you’re needing a bag, Filson is a great place to search. Most of their gear is made from their patented waterproof leather design, and it is also salt resistant so that it will last for a while.

Johnny Was

This glass style storefront is easy to catch your eye. Located right in Legacy West, it’s the perfect spot to grab some new clothes. Johnny Was takes inspiration from global roots, and the Bohemian style is one that can be dressed up or dressed down. The designs are somewhere in between vintage and modern, but they are always in style. From casual wear to dressed up gowns, Johnny Was is a great place to shop for work and weekend wear. You won’t want to miss out on the unique style that this store has to offer. Everyone will be wondering where you got your clothes.

Fabletics

Fabletics is a relatively new brand that combines the luxury of Lululemon with the affordability of a subscription service. Their storefronts offer a space to try on their workout clothes, and they offer different styles all year round. The leggings can be dressed up or dressed down, and all of them are sweat wicking and resistant so that the workout lasts. Forget about see through leggings, these are made with the highest quality of materials so that you don’t need to worry when working out. They also don’t stop at workout gear. Fabletics offers some amazing outerwear options for cold weather, and their tops can be paired with jeans or shorts. All modeled by actress Kate Hudson, Fabletics isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Outdoors

There are plenty of close outdoor parks and workout gyms available near Legacy West. However, Legacy West shops sometimes hold classes inside their stores as well. Fabletics has held barre and yoga classes there before, so check out their websites for updated schedules of when this might be happening. Arbor Hills

Arbor Hills is a 200 acre park near Legacy West. The natural areas are groomed and well kept so that people can go on the trails. Whether you want to take a stroll or go for a jog, Arbor Hills is a great option. It can get fairly hot in the summer, but all the vegetation help to keep it a few degrees cooler in the morning and evenings.
