Midtown Dallas has a lot to offer. There’s even a longstanding joke between Dallasites about a portion of Midtown where EVERYONE has lived at least once in their life! This is for good reason. This region is moderately priced, safe, and has access to tons of green space. The location is great for dog lovers, beach volleyball, and if you’re into the nightlife, it’s smack dab in the middle of West Village, Uptown, and Deep Ellum. This area ranges from $1350 for the older properties, and $3800 for the newest, so you really can’t go wrong.
